Three artists from Ensemble Megaphon will be performing at KlaWIR at Braunschweig's main railway station. "Take a train" is the name of the programme with pieces of music that make you dream of setting off, travelling and new adventures. Works by D. Ellington, E. Satie and their own pieces will resound through the station concourse. The ensemble's creative focus is on the interfaces between contemporary music and media, music theatre and improvisation as well as the juxtaposition of avant-garde and early music.
Anyone who is curious about what this might sound like is also invited to join in! The audience is instructed in body percussion and can pick up small rhythm instruments themselves, which are on display.
